Hydrostatic Pressure Test Services

Assuring service and quality excellence, Union Marine provides 100% in-house verification / inspection of our valves products with hydrostatic pressure to ensure our highest quality and assurance for our supply packages.

Our multi-station valve test benches are capable of testing high and middle pressure Butterfly Valve & Gate / Globe / Check / Ball valves with flanged ends. (RF/RTJ)

Testing Standards: API598, API6D, DIN EN12266, ISO 5208, SPE/77/101 etc.

Testing Methods:

  • Body Shell Test – 1.5 Times nominal pressure.
  • Seat Leakage Test – 1.1 Times nominal pressure.

Testing Medium: air, water, oil

Our multi-station valve test bench are incorporated with Data Management System which includes pressure transmitters, PLC, touch panel, printer and valve testing Software. The Data Management System is capable of recording the test results and testing pressure curves and printout.
